...A mission to take a leadership role in providing my colleagues with workshops and seminars that present innovative ways to integrate technology into their curriculum.  The teachers, parents, and administrators that have participated in my workshops have responded by integrating technology into their units to provide their students with rich resources, actively engaging their students in higher-level learning, provide the scaffolding for collaborative and cooperative group work, and differentiate their activities so learners of all levels and learning types can succeed.

...A mission to provide the students of my class the best possible education.  To accomplish this lofty goal, I have developed projected-based units that integrate the "best" current teaching strategies with the latest technology.  My students have responded by really getting actively involved in these projects, pushing themselves to apply their knowledge in creative-thinking situations, working well together in cooperative groups, and creating work that exceeds my district and state standards.
